JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Store Cleaner to start working ASAP. Dis-Chem Pharmacies Limited requires the services of reputable Store Cleaner. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Matric
- Must have 0 – 6 Months Retail work experience .
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must be willing and able to work retail hours
- Must be able and physically fit for walking, standing, climbing, kneeling, bending, and pushing, pulling lifting and moving objects
- Must have reliable transport and/or reside in close proximity to the store
- Must be South African citizen
- Must have clear credit and criminal record.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To ensure the canteen and restrooms are clean, and stocked with the necessary products at all times.
- Must be available throughout operational hours to clean up as and when required.
- To ensure correct cleaning products and equipment are used for specific jobs.
- To ensure the wet floor sign is up and visible at both ends, when cleaning the floor.
- Be friendly, professional and able to assist customers.
- To perform duties according to Health and Safety Regulations.
