JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Shop Assistant to start working ASAP. TWK Agri requires the services of reputable Shop Assistant. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Matric / Grade 12
- Must be Computer literate
- Having previous retail or customer-facing experience will be an advantage
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Must be bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
- Must have interest in social media management and content creation
- Must be energetic, presentable, and professional with a positive attitude
- Must have ability to work accurately under pressure
- Must have valid Driver’s License (Code 08).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To welcome and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and inviting manner
- To process customer transactions accurately
- To issue receipts, refunds, credits, or exchanges as required
- To maintain a clean, organised, and inviting shop floor and checkout area
- To stock shelves, price items, and assist with merchandising displays
- To participate in stock takes and general store duties
- To assist with the management of the store’s social media platforms
- To create appropriate and engaging content aligned with the TWK Outdoor brand.
