JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Waiter/Waitress to start working ASAP. Food Lover’s requires the services of reputable Waiter/Waitress. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Matric
- Must have experience as Waiter/Waitress
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must live within 25km from job
- Must have clear criminal record.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To greet customers and hand out menus
- To take meal and beverage orders from customers and place these orders in the kitchen
- To make menu recommendations and inform customers of any specials
- To deliver meals and beverages to tables when they have been prepared
- To check that customers are satisfied with their meal
- To prepare the bill for tables when requested
- To interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks
- To assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- To comply with all food and beverage regulations
- To properly handle and maintain all equipment
- To respond to orders, questions, concerns and complaints in a polite and efficient manner.
