JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Receptionist to start working ASAP. Fidelity Services Group requires the services of reputable Receptionist. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Having previous experience in a similar role preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Must have professional and friendly demeanor
- Must have ability to work independently and as part of a team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- To manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- To maintain a clean and organized reception area
- To assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- To provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- To keep track of office supplies and place orders when needed
- To maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
