JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Floor Assistant to start working ASAP. VKB Group requires the services of reputable Floor Assistant. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Grade 12 or NQF4
- Must have experience in agricultural retail serve as recommendation
- Must have at least 1 – 3 years’ experience transport, warehousing, or logistics operations
- Must have knowledge of load planning, weight distribution, and safety regulations
- Must be physically fit and able to manage heavy-duty tasks
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To plan, direct, and oversee the loading and unloading of cargo and goods
- To ensure weight distribution and securing of loads comply with safety standards
- To inspect cargo and documentation for accuracy before dispatch
- To coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse staff
- To keep accurate records of loads, movements, and reconciliations
- To monitor and report any deviations, damages, or incidents during loading/unloading
- To uphold company values and maintain a safe working environment.
