JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Barista to start working ASAP. Empact Group requires the services of reputable Barista. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Grade 12.
- Must have customer service experience
- Must have experience in a similar role.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have knowledge of coffee types and coffee preparation
- Must have basic understanding of food preparation techniques
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have ability to handle cash and operate a till accurately
- Must have ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To provide friendly, professional service to all customers
- To prepare and serve basic food and beverage items
- To operate the cash register and manage transactions efficiently
- To promote daily specials and sales promotions to customers
- To always maintain a clean and organized work area.
