JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Site Supervisor to start working ASAP. Empact Group requires the services of reputable Site Supervisor. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role
- Must have knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have strong leadership and communication skills
- Must have ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Must be detail-oriented and able to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Must have strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations
- Must have flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
- To schedule and assign tasks to cleaning staff based on workload and priorities
- To train new cleaning staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company policies
- To monitor cleaning activities and ensure work is performed efficiently and according to quality standards
- To inspect facilities to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
- To address and resolve any cleaning issues or complaints in a timely manner
- To order and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment inventory
- To conduct regular performance evaluations of cleaning staff and provide feedback for improvement
- To ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- To develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols as needed.
