JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Our client is urgently looking for the qualified General Manager to start working ASAP. G4S Secure Solutions requires the services of reputable General Manager. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;

  • Must have Grade 12/Matric Equivalent
  • Must have relevant Qualification in General Management or Similar
  • Must have minimum of 5 years general/operational management experience
  • Security industry & operations management experience recommended
  • Must have proven experience in Customer Relationship Management
  • Must have relevant HR legislation, disciplinary and best practices.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:

  • To manage relationship between actual results, budgets and forecasts
  • To initiate cost saving model and controls
  • Gross Margin Management
  • Managing Staff motivation levels
  • Ensuring that performance assessments of all subordinate employees are conducted, and corrective action implemented where necessary.
  • Ensuring that acceptable standards of behaviour at work are maintained by all subordinate employees, as required by G4S’s code of conduct and disciplinary code.
  • Ensuring that all disciplinary actions are conducted in compliance with Company policies and procedures
