JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Security Officer Grade B to start working ASAP. Tsebo Solutions Group requires the services of reputable Security Officer Grade B. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Valid PSIRA Certificate Grade C
- Must have matric
- Must have previous security experience
- Must have knowledge of access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have strong observation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Must have ability to handle conflict situations calmly and professionally.
- Must be physically fit and prepared to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Must have Driver’s license
- Having firearm competency for business purposes will be advantageous.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To enforce company security procedures, rules, and policies on-site.
- To maintain compliance with all local, provincial, and national regulations.
- To support emergency procedures including fire prevention, evacuation, and accident investigation.
- To ensure all issued security equipment is functional and maintained through preventative checks.
- To report any equipment defects or malfunctions immediately.
- To maintain a professional presence while delivering excellent customer service.
- To interact professionally with staff, clients, contractors, and visitors.
