JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Receptionist to start working ASAP. TWK Agri requires the services of reputable Receptionist. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Matric / Grade 12
- Must be computer literate.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have good verbal communication skills
- Must have excellent people skills
- Must have analytical ability
- Must have exceptional telephonic etiquette
- Must have strong, clear speaking voice.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- Promptly answering calls
- Creating a welcoming and friendly reception/waiting area
- To assist with company stationary.
