JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Multi Service Driver to start working ASAP. Servest requires the services of reputable Multi Service Driver. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Matric
- Must have valid Driver’s Licence and PDP.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have experience working with sanitary waste/hygiene products will be an advantage
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must be physically fit and able to handle loading and offloading
- Must have ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must have clear criminal record
- Must be willing to travel between George and Mossel Bay.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To report back to the Operations Controller all customer requirements communicated to you by the customer at customer sites immediately
- To ensure equipment’s are in good and working condition at all times
- To ensure that the company vehicle is well taken care off
- To carry out work for the day as per the work plan issued to you by the controller during debriefing
- Service all customers as per the work schedule for the day.
- To represent Servest in the best manner possible by always portraying a positive image at all times
- To report back to the Operations Controller all customer requirements communicated to you by the customer at customer sites immediately.
- Promptly address customer complaints and requirements if and when required.
- To ensure equipment is in good working order at all times
- To complete daily/weekly/monthly equipment checks assigned to you.
- Always carry out work or perform any task allocated to you as per the training that you shall receive from Servest.
- To operate according to the prescribed methods of work performance.
- To report faulty equipment to the controller immediately.
- To ensure service records are completed correctly and returned to the controller.
- Take reasonable care when operating any equipment or tools issued to you by the employer.
- To take reasonable care when dealing with customer property at all times.
