JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Junior Network Manager to start working ASAP. Medi logistics Hub requires the services of reputable Junior Network Manager. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Grade 12
- Must have National Diploma (3yrs) or Higher in Management or IT.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have strong effective verbal and written communication skills, listening skills
- Promotion of good customer service orientation
- Microsoft office competency.
- Reporting interpretation.
- Must have marketing skills.
- Must have no Criminal Record.
- Must have initiative and self-drive and work on their own initiative through an agreed strategy.
- Must have ability to represent the company professionally.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- Responsible for the marketing of the Dr Network to all Dr’s in the area.
- Responsible for the swift solution of customer queries.
- Responsible to promote the correct and efficient use of the system to the customer to increase system and procedure compliance of the customer.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining a high-level employee morale and dedication to serving customers. Conducts themselves and all activities and accountabilities in a manner that is consistent with respect for people values and company policies.
- To liaise with health care partners to ensure success of the Network model and acceptance thereof in the market.
- To demonstrate effectiveness in holding conversations with customers, customer evangelism, and customer-focused product development and outreach.
- To build and maintain relationships with Dr’s in the network and area.
