JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Manager Grade A to start working ASAP. Servest Security requires the services of reputable Manager Grade A. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Matric
- Must have Grade A PSIRA registered
- Must have 5 – 8 years’ experience in the Security Industry
- Must have investigation experience / training.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have proven ability to plan, develop and maintain Security Operations
- Must have ability to motivate and lead people
- Must have strong working knowledge of operational procedures
- Must have report writing skills
- Must have valid drivers licence
- Must have medical fitness
- Must have clear criminal record.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To daily running of site(s) in liaison with the Operations Manager
- To attain and maintain professional site(s) standard
- To build and Maintain relationships with clients
- Management of staff including recruitment, induction, performance management
- Training and Development
- Responsible for all industrial relations and Health & Safety on site
- Report Writing – Monthly reports and incident reports
- To ensure that duty rosters are compiled and submitted to the Rostering Clerk
- To ensure site is covered as per contractual obligations
- To ensure that Risk Assessments & SPM’s are up to date at all times
- To ensure that maintenance costs are not excessive and enforce AOD’s for any negligence.
