JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Retail Manager to start working ASAP. Fidelity Services Group requires the services of reputable Retail Manager. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;

  • Must have matric certificate with Grade B PSIRA registration.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Security Operations in Retail/Shopping centre environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:  

The applicant must have the following skills and competences

  • Must have Leadership skills
  • Must be very analytical individual with excellent Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Must have ability to manage and discipline staff
  • Must be computer literate, with proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Must have strong Operational Planning, Leadership and Organizational Skills as well as good Interpersonal Communication and Client Liaison Skills are essential
  • Must be able to work under pressure and for extended hours as and when required
  • Must have knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management and its requirements.
  • Must have a valid unendorsed driver license with own reliable transport essential
  • Must be well-presented individual
  • Must be willing to travel nationally.
  • Must have good communication skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:

  • To maintain good relations between Fidelity Security Services Group and the Client with regard to security services rendered.
  • To conduct risk assessments and implement action plans to reduce stock losses.
  • To conduct shrinkage audits on client premises.
  • To conduct site specific training on security personnel on site.
  • To constantly evaluating the service levels provided and making recommendations to the Client regarding the improvement of services and combatting stock losses.
  • To ensure continuous assessment of the Client’s premises and minimizing as far as possible risky access and creating several barriers to would be criminals and syndicates.
  • To audit and verify client registers and generating exception reports.
  • To ensure that all Security Officers on site meet the contractual requirements as stipulated by the Client.
  • To submit relevant monthly reports to the Client and Management.
  • To attend daily, weekly and monthly meetings with the client.
  • To investigate incidents reported of stock losses.
  • To travel nationally as required and instructed by management
