Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Technical Bakery Specialist to start working ASAP. VKB Group requires the services of reputable Technical Bakery Specialist. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Grade 12 or equivalent
- Minimum 5-8 years in Baking Channels
- Must have Sales and marketing management- Budget planning and execution
- Must have Code 8 drivers’ license
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To achieve set call cycle within a given timeline.
- To understand customer base in set geographical area within an agreed internal travel budget.
- To agree call cycle with relevant bakeries & Management.
- To monitor and report on call cycle findings.
- Successful resolutions on baking faults
- To analyze all areas of the baking chain in specific bakeries to understand where the process went wrong (root cause analyses)
- To suggest improvement/corrective action to the relevant Bakery staff/management.
- To follow up on suggested improvements and report back to Bakery Management.
- Monthly Feedback report: Report on findings at Bakery level and areas of improvement required on flour output- Sales vs. budget achievement, Costs vs. budget (KMs travelled etc.), new business development status.
