JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Waiters to start working ASAP. Stratusconsulting requires the services of reputable Waiters. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Grade 8- 12 certificate or equivalent preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have proven experience in a housekeeping or related role.
- Must have strong leadership and management skills.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
- Must have ability to manage a budget.
- Must have ability to handle guest requests and complaints.
- Must have ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to all guests in the restaurant, tasting room, and during private functions.
- To present menus, explain dishes and wine pairings, and assist guests in making informed choices.
- To ensure tables are impeccably set and cleared with efficiency and elegance.
- To collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
- To handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism and care.
- To maintain a clean and orderly dining environment, in line with 5-star standards
