JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Barista to start working ASAP. Empact Group requires the services of reputable Barista. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Matric.
- Must have customer Service experience.
- Having experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have knowledge of coffees and coffee beverages.
- Must have knowledge of basic food preparation.
- Must have communication skills.
- Must have ability to work with cash.
- Must have ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To provide polite and friendly service to all customers.
- To prepare basic food items.
- To attend to the till and deliver a great customer service experience.
- To promote sales and specials to clients
