REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Matric.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have previous sales experience
- Must be Customer service orientated.
- Must have ability in working with members in a team.
- Must have ability to plan daily tasks effectively.
- Must have Computer literacy.
- Must have attention to detail.
- Must have ability to communicate with people and customers.
- Must have tolerance for stress.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To ensure achievement of daily, monthly and weekly sales targets
- To ensure protection of all assets (stock, cash, physical assets, staff and customers)
- To effective implementation of company policies and procedures.
- To ensure effective implementations store/ department layout.
- To ensure correct administration procedures in respect of stock room
- To ensure effective merchandise replenishment and housekeeping.
