JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Team Leader to start working ASAP. Fraseralexander requires the services of reputable Team Leader. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Matric.
- Must have 2 years’ experience as a general worker in tailings.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have Ability to operate without the supervisor.
- Must be able to manage the team.
- Must be responsible and accountable.
- Must be medically fit.
- Having Driver’s license will be an added advantage.
- Must be able to communicate in English and write it.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To take responsible of all tools issued to the team.
- To supervise and coordinate the team
- To liaise with supervisor regarding the work plan.
- To inspect the designated area of responsibility on a daily basis.
- To understand and keep track of client needs.
- To ensure and record time and attendance.
- To ensure discipline
- To ensure the team is issued with PPE and they wear it correctly.
- To make sure team meets production targets.
