JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Broker to start working ASAP. TWK Agri requires the services of reputable Broker. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Matric / Grade 12
- Must have relevant qualification
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have 2+ year’s industry experience
- Must have RE Qualification and industry certificates
- Must have strong understanding of the long-term insurance industry
- Must have experience working with a variety of insurance companies
- Must have own vehicle
- Must have valid driver’s license
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To identify client financial goals and risk tolerance to advise suitable products
- Individual risk assessment – relation to suitability of products for the client
- To promote business to increase customer base and grow revenue
- To develop new business and maintain existing client base
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements and insurance products
- To ensure all transactions comply with regulatory and company standards
- To maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details
