JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Waitron to start working ASAP. Fancourt requires the services of reputable Waitron. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have minimum of Grade 10 or equivalent
- Must have 1 years’ experience as a Waitron in a 4* or 5* establishment.
- Having Waiter certificate and knowledge of Micros and Guest Connect are advantageous.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have passion for the industry with the ability to maintain the Leading Hotel of the Worlds standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To Set-up – cutlery, food and equipment
- To ensure cleanliness
- To ensure refilling condiments
- To prepare tea and coffee
- To ensure taking and delivery of orders, beverage orders, safe transportation of orders and timeous removal of trays
- To correct and quick bill processing
- To clean and re-set – clean up after shift and prepare for next shift.
