Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Pizza Maker to start working ASAP. Food Lover’s requires the services of reputable Pizza Maker. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Matric
- Must have Chef, Cook, Pizza Maker experience
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must live within 20km from job
- Must have clear criminal record
- Must have ability to speak Afrikaans, English
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To prepare a variety of meats; poultry; vegetables and other food items for cooking in a variety of other kitchen equipment.
- To understand and comply consistently with our standard portion sizes; cooking methods; quality standards and rules; policies and procedures
- To handle; store and rotate all products properly
- To maintain a clean and sanitary work and service area including tables; shelves; walls; oven and refrigeration equipment
- To take food orders from guests; accurately enter orders in our point- of-sale system which relays orders to the kitchen
- To accept payment; process credit card charges or make change accurately
- To monitor and observe guests dining experience.
- To ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service.
- To respond promptly and courteously to any requests
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient
- To ensure operation of the restaurant as directed by the immediate supervisor.
- To attend all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement.
- To promptly report equipment and food quality problems to Manager
- To inform manager-on-duty immediately of product shortages.
