JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Receptionist to start working ASAP. Unique Personnel requires the services of reputable Receptionist. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Matric / Grade 12
- Must have Matric
- Must have Ms Word skills
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have ability to work with customers
- Must have good interpersonal skills
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
- To answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- To maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and presentable
- To receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- To manage appointments and meeting room bookings
- To provide basic and accurate information in person, via phone, or email
- To assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- To monitor office supplies and place orders as necessary
- To perform other clerical receptionist duties as needed
