REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Valid Psira certificate
- Having Proven experience in security management, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have strong understanding of security principles and best practices
- Must have excellent communication and leadership skills
- Must have ability to effectively manage a team of security personnel and prioritize tasks
- Must have proficiency in security technology and systems
- Must have valid security license or certification.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of the site
- To supervise security personnel and ensure they are properly trained and equipped to carry out their duties effectively
- To monitor surveillance systems and respond to any security breaches or incidents in a timely and appropriate manner
- To conduct regular security audits and inspections to identify potential risks and areas for improvement
- To coordinate with law enforcement agencies and other security partners to address security threats and maintain a safe work environment
- To maintain accurate records and reports of security incidents and activities.
