JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified General Assistant to start working ASAP. Food Lover’s requires the services of reputable General Assistant. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Grade 12/ senior certificate.
- Must have experience in General Assistant, General Worker or General Clerk
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must live within 25km from job
- Must have clear criminal record.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To share accurate information about products, help customers choose, and show how to use them
- To solve customer problems and make sure customers are happy with the service
- To greet customers, offer help, and answer questions with a positive and friendly attitude
- To tell customers about sales and special offers to make shopping better
- To ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service
- To receive deliveries, organize products, and keep track of stock
- To put products on shelves neatly and make sure they are always available
- To quickly restock items that are sold out
- To properly dispose of store and storeroom waste and put it in the skip bin
- To assist with stock takes
- To follow safety, security, and environmental rules, policies, and procedures, including what to do in emergencies
- To ensure cleaning of designated areas such as storeroom, kitchen.
