JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified General Worker to start working ASAP. VKB Group requires the services of reputable General Worker. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have grade 12 or NQF4
- Must have Code EB drivers licence
- Having previous experience in a tractor workshop environment will be a definite advantage
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have Service orientation
- Must be accurate, thorough and precise
- Must have excellent health
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To Load and offload stock
- To keep premises and building clean and excellent condition
- To control stock
- To ensure client service
- To perform hard manual labour, including but not limited to moving of heavy equipment
- To constantly adding value to the function of the job
- Responsible for general tidiness
- To perform cleaning duties
- Ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time
- To assist customers/suppliers with loading and offloading of stock as required according to policies and procedures
- To ensure general housekeeping of premises and building
- Will responsible for workshop related duties including but not limited to assisting the workshop mechanic with any tasks as required
