JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Barman to start working ASAP. Fancourt requires the services of reputable Barman. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience as a Barhand in a 4* or 5* establishment
- Must have a sound knowledge of cocktails and liquors.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Having Bar skills training and a working knowledge of a point-of-sales system will be an added advantage.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To make and serve drinks, especially cocktails
- To daily stock take and effective stock rotation
- To maintain cleanliness of bar area, including garbage separation
- To ensure accurate billing and cash-up.
