Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Carer to start working ASAP. Faircape requires the services of reputable Carer. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have proven experience as a Carer or experience in a similar environment
- Must have knowledge of caring principles in caring for the aged like Dementia care, Palliative care, Rehabilitative care.

- Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.

- Must have ability to demonstrate professional etiquette.
- Must have physical stamina and strength.
- Must have ability to follow instructions and protocols accurately
- Must be willing to continuously learn and improve caregiving skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained throughout all areas of the facility
- To clean designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
- To perform and document routine inspection activities
- To carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects upon request
- To ensure all walkways remain clear and free of debris
- To notify management of any repairs required
- To mix and dispose of all cleaning solutions appropriately
- To follow all health and safety regulations.
