JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Cleaner to start working ASAP. Food Lover’s Market requires the services of reputable Cleaner. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Matric
- Must have experience as a Cleaner, General Worker
- Must be fluent in English
- Within 25km from job
- Must have Clear criminal record
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have computer literacy
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- Must be fluent in English
- Must have good written and spoken communication skills
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- The candidate should be responsible for all basic cleaning in and around residences or office buildings.
- Cleans floors and rooms, including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
- Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
- Vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners.
- Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
- To transports dirty linens to the correct area to be cleaned and restocks areas with clean linens.
- Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
- Performs additional duties as needed.
- Show proficiency in communication and organization skills.
- To demonstrate strong interpersonal abilities and aptitude for solving problems.
- To embrace a high sense of responsibility and reliability.
- To collaborate effectively within a team environment, fostering a cooperative spirit.
