JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified CLEANERS to start working ASAP. Department of Health requires the services of reputable CLEANERS. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have AET Level 4 / Grade 9.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have knowledge of cleaning procedures.
- Must have knowledge of refreshment provision.
- Must have knowledge of safety requirements attached to the duties of the post.
- Must have knowledge of service delivery programs.
- Must have knowledge of operating appliances.
- Must have ability to interpret and act on instructions.
- Must have ability to perform routine tasks.
- Must have ability to operate domestic appliances.
- Must have basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Applicant should be reliable, responsible, and receptive to suggestions and ideas, polite and believe in honesty and integrity.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- Preparing, serving tea & washing up after tea breaks.
- Vacuum/ sweep offices, empty and clean appliances.
- To clean toilets, lecture room block, windows and198 glass door.
- To mop floors, wipe /dust walls & surfaces, empty rubbish bins.
- To polish floor.
