JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Cleaning Sales Representative to start working ASAP. Fidelity Services Group requires the services of reputable Cleaning Sales Representative. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Matric
- Must have minimum of 3 years’ experience in Service Industry
- Having experience in selling soft services /similar services would be an advantage
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must be able to work independently to build a pipeline of business in order to grow company revenue
- Must have high degree of honesty, integrity, diligence, charisma, innovation and customer-service attitude and projects a professional appearance/demeanor to inspire confidence in our customers
- Must have ability to plan and prioritizes business opportunities, very organized, always punctual, and professional on the telephone, face to face and all other levels of engagement and keeps manager appraised of all sales activities
- Must have ability in problem solving and negotiation with special emphasis on closing the sale
- Must have strong liaison and communication skills.
- Must be fully computer literate on MS Office, Advanced word, excel and PowerPoint skills
- Must be experienced in sourcing new business, conducting “Needs Analysis” and preparing custom solution proposals.
- Must have proven sales track record achieving sales targets
- Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must have good interpersonal skills
- Must have ability to interact with clients at all levels
- Must be assertive
- Must have valid SA driver’s license and own vehicle.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To work with a defined sales quota focusing on initiating relationships with multi-level decision-makers through phone, marketing, e-mail / direct mail campaigns, in-person contacts / cold calling, networking, and presentations
- To achieve monthly sales targets as set out in budget
- To correctly cost new business achieving the maximum margin on new business
- To ensure contracts are correctly signed and filed for new business
- To plan, set budgets and targets
- To prepare quotes and present to clients as soon as possible meeting the client’s expectations
- To prepare proposals which clearly set out the terms and conditions for the proposed contract / tender
- Prospects potential customers within the target profile
- To develop, build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers
- To develop innovative and creative solutions to identify and develop new customers.
