JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Cleaning Supervisor to start working ASAP. Empact Group requires the services of reputable Cleaning Supervisor. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have minimum of 3 years’ relevant Cleaning contract management experience in a motor manufacturing and paint shop cleaning
- Must have at least 3 years’ motor manufacturing and paint shop cleaning experience
- Must have people management experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have very good customer service skills
- Must have very good management skills
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have ability to manage and ensure cost remain within the budget and promote costs saving where achievable
- Must have ability to draft, extract and analyse reports
- Must have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Must have sound administration skills
- Must have ability to adapt to a changing environment and prioritise effectively
- Must have ability to work flexible hours when required.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- Operational coordination of Soft Services; ensuring that the standard of service received from external contractors is aligned with Client’s and business’ requirements
- Efficient SLA management and proactively engage with clients to build long-term, profitable relationships
- Effective and efficient people management ensuring a high performing team
- To manage environmental safety in line with the client and business strategy.
