JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Cleaning Supervisor to start working ASAP. Empact Group requires the services of reputable Cleaning Supervisor. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have at least 3 years of proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have strong leadership and communication skills
- Must have knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures
- Must have ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Must have excellent organizational skills
- Must have basic computer skills
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have ability to lift and move heavy objects
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning staff
- To assign cleaning tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely manner
- To inspect and evaluate the cleanliness of facilities, ensuring they meet company standards
- To train new cleaning staff and provide ongoing training for existing staff
- To monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- To handle and resolve any complaints or issues from clients or staff
- To ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- To develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- To conduct performance evaluations for cleaning staff
- To coordinate with other departments to ensure cleaning needs are met
