JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Cleaning Supervisor to start working ASAP. Tsebo Solutions Group requires the services of reputable Cleaning Supervisor. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Grade 12
- Relevant qualification related to Management
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have proven experience in cleaning supervision, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Must have strong understanding of hygiene standards and infection control.
- Must have excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Must have ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must have knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations across healthcare facilities.
- To ensure compliance with infection control protocols and health & safety regulations.
- To train, support, and motivate cleaning staff to maintain high performance.
- To conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- To manage cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently.
- To report maintenance issues and collaborate with other departments.
