JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Cleaning Supervisor to start working ASAP. Tsebo Solutions Group requires the services of reputable Cleaning Supervisor. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Grade 12/Matric
- Must have relevant qualification related to Management
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have minimum 2-3 years Supervisory experience preferably in the cleaning industry
- Must have experience in healthcare and safety standards
- Must have people Management Skills
- Must be able to work independently, under pressure, long hours and weekends if required.
- Must have ability to communicate, motivate, develop and coach staff at all levels
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To maintain personal health, hygiene and professional appearance
- To maintain the cleaning programme and use initiative on when to be flexible regarding staffing
- To ensure Tsebo standards, policies and procedures are maintained.
- To ensure correct product obtained by following correct processes
- To do daily checks and follow-ups
- To report maintenance and safety concerns to the manager on a day to day bases
