Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Fish Monger to start working ASAP. Food Lover’s Market requires the services of reputable Fish Monger. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Matric
- Must have experience: Sales, Fish Filleter, Fishmonger
- Within 25km from job
- Clear criminal record
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have communication skills
- Must have excellent health
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To skillfully fillet and prepare different types of fish for sale.
- To keep display cases visually appealing and well-stocked to attract customers.
- To monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure availability of fresh seafood.
- To provide exceptional service, assisting customers with their selections and answering any questions.
- To maintain a clean and sanitized work area at all times.
- To follow all safety and health regulations to ensure the highest standards of food safety.
- To use and maintain tools and equipment such as knives and scales safely and efficiently.
- To work with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
