JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified General Worker to start working ASAP. Fancourt requires the services of reputable General Worker. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Grade 12 or equivalent
- Must have at least 1 year experience in F&B as a waitron or barman and/or 1 year experience in a similar position in a 4*/5* environment.
- Having a driver’s license will be ideal.
- Must have basic computer literacy
- Having knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage..
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have driven and passion for the industry
- Must have ability to maintain the Leading Hotel of the Worlds standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To ensure timely delivery of issues to outlets that require delivery
- To maintain strict controls by ensuring all issues are signed for during collection
- To pay attention to detail when receiving stock by checking stock against invoices as well as expiry dates, quality and quantities
- To ensure proper housekeeping in the stores as per daily checklist
- To assist in conducting stock takes as and when required.
