JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified General Worker to start working ASAP. VKB Group requires the services of reputable General Worker. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Grade 12 or NQF4
- Must be able to perform hard manual labour
- Must constantly adding value to the function of the job
- Having previous experience in industrial, agricultural, or construction environments is an advantage.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have service orientation
- Must be accurate, thorough and precise
- Must have good communication and teamwork skills
- Must have basic mechanical understanding
- Must have attention to detail and safety awareness
- Must have reliability and punctuality
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To ensure general tidiness
- To do cleaning duties
- ADHOC duties as assigned from time to time
- To assist customers/suppliers with loading and offloading of stock as required according to policies and procedures
- To ensure general housekeeping of premises
- Customer service
- To ensure stock control.
