JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Grade B Armed Security Officer to start working ASAP. Fidelity Services Group requires the services of reputable Grade B Armed Security Officer. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Matric or equivalent.
- Must have PSiRA Grade B – Registered and accredited.
- Must have Firearm Training (Business Purposes) for Handgun, Shotgun and Rifle.
- Must have valid SAPS Competency Certificate.
- Must have no criminal record or pending cases.
- Must be medically fit.
- Must be able to work shifts, including night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must reside within the West Rand area or surrounding areas.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To protect client assets, personnel and property.
- To conduct access and egress control procedures.
- To perform patrols and inspections as required.
- To respond to incidents and emergencies in accordance with company procedures.
- To ensure compliance with site instructions and operational requirements.
- To complete occurrence books, incident reports and relevant documentation accurately.
- To maintain a professional relationship with clients and stakeholders.
- To ensure that firearms are handled and carried in accordance with legislation and company policy.
- To report all incidents, irregularities and risks to management immediately.
