JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Grocery Supervisor to start working ASAP. Food Lover’s requires the services of reputable Grocery Supervisor. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Matric
- Must have experience as Supervisor
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must live Within 25km from job
- Must have clear criminal record
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To oversee the recording and monitoring of capturing for all stock movements in the dept.
- To maintain the highest level of customer service.
- To ensure implementation and maintaining promotions.
- To ensure products are priced accurately – by shelf talker or on a chalk board.
- To demonstrate excellent hygiene/food safety practices and adhere to health and safety by-laws.
- Be responsible for all staff; and resolve any staff issues appropriately.
- To oversee the training of all new staff.
- To ensure returns to suppliers are monitored and that respective credits are received timorously.
- To follow up on emails and communication regarding the daily running of the department.
