Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Handyman to start working ASAP. Tsebo Facilities Solutions requires the services of reputable Handyman. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Matric (NQF Level 4 technical qualification advantageous)
- Must have 2–5 years’ experience in facilities or maintenance
- Must be skilled in hand/power tools, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Must have strong time management and customer service focus
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must be reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Must be able to work independently and in teams
- Professional, resilient, and safety-conscious
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To repair and maintain lighting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and fixtures
- To conduct inspections and log issues
- To support subcontractor work and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- To maintain tools and workshop cleanliness
- To complete work orders and reports accurately
- To respond to client queries and escalate when needed
