JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Handyman to start working ASAP. Fancourt requires the services of reputable Handyman. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have grade 12 or equivalent
- Must have 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Must have reliable transport.
- Having experience within a 4*/5* environment will be advantageous.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have clear criminal record.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To provide overall maintenance
- To provide both preventive and repair maintenance
- To do minor carpentry and plumbing projects
- Configuring and moving furniture
- To ensure replacing lightbulbs and painting
- To assist the maintenance team as needed
- To perform other duties as assigned.
