JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Hotel Security and Safety Manager to start working ASAP. Kruger Gate Hotel requires the services of reputable Hotel Security and Safety Manager. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel or corporate security management.
- Must have relevant qualifications in Security Management, Risk Management, and Occupational Health and Safety.
- Must have extensive knowledge of South African safety regulations and emergency procedures.
- Must have PSIRA registered
- Must have PSIRA Grade A certified
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Experience with CCTV systems, access control, and incident reporting.
- Demonstrated leadership, effective communication, and strong problem-solving abilities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To develop, implement, and maintain hotel-wide security policies and procedures.
- To monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular security audits.
- To manage access control for staff, guests, and contractors.
- To investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports for management and authorities.
- To liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services.
