Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Hotel Security Senior Supervisor to start working ASAP. Fidelity Services Group requires the services of reputable Hotel Security Senior Supervisor. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must be Computer literate
- Must have Matric
- Must have Valid Grade A/B Psira Certificate
- Must have at least 3-5 years’ experience in a supervisory role or hospitality setting.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Well Spoken in English and can communicate fluently
- Neatly groomed individual
- Should be able to travel to Cape Town, Tokai areas.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To monitor and patrol the hotel premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- To respond promptly to incidents, including but not limited to security breaches, disturbances, and guest inquiries.
- To ensure that security equipment, such as CCTV cameras and alarm systems, is operational and report any malfunctions to management.
- To provide excellent customer service by assisting guests and addressing their security-related concerns.
- To collaborate with hotel management and staff to uphold safety protocols and enhance security measures.
- To maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
- To conduct regular checks of guest areas, ensuring a secure environment at all times.
- To participate in training and development programs to enhance your security skills and knowledge.
