Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Housekeeper to start working ASAP. Hire Resolve requires the services of reputable Housekeeper. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have proven experience in a housekeeping or related role.
- Must have strong leadership and management skills.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
- Must have ability to manage a budget.
- Must have ability to handle guest requests and complaints.
- Must have ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
- To manage and train housekeeping staff.
- To ensure that all areas of the property are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
- To develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures.
- To order and maintain cleaning supplies.
- Manage the housekeeping budget.
- To handle guest requests and complaints.
- To inspect rooms and other areas to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance.
- To maintain a safe and healthy work environment for staff.
- To collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
