JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Retail Security Manager to start working ASAP. Fidelity Services Group requires the services of reputable Retail Security Manager. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;

  • Must have Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, security management, or related field
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in retail management, with a focus on security
  • Must have strong knowledge of security procedures and risk assessment techniques

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:  

The applicant must have the following skills and competences

  • Must have excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Must have ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations
  • Must have experience managing a team of security personnel
  • Must have valid security license or certification.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:

  • To develop and implement security procedures to protect the retail site and its assets
  • To conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • To manage a team of security personnel, including hiring, training, and scheduling
  • To monitor CCTV systems and alarm systems to ensure the safety of the retail site
  • To respond to security incidents and emergencies, taking appropriate action to protect staff and customers
  • To coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed
  • To maintain accurate records of security incidents and reports.
