REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have 3 year Business / Commercial Tertiary qualification or equivalent
- Must have 3 years working experience in FMCG environment, with 1 year in a selling role / selling experience
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Must have customer relations
- Must be results driven
- Self starter, can work independently
- Must have analytical thinking and application of insights to drive volume growth

- Must have ability to access, analyse sales and apply insights to sales reports to drive growth.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To lead, drive and embed a customer focused sales culture.
- To conduct Gate Meetings before Market daily
- To focus agenda in terms of Performance MTD, Execution and Discipline KPI’s
- To effectively coach Sales staff to increase Sales capability and performance.
- In-Market coaching of Van Sales Representatives
- Ensuring 100% hit rate of outlets within route
- Individual In Market visits with customers to address specific issues
- Business development and growth of customer base
- To attend meetings as and when required
- Proactively develop and implement internal and external business development strategies to achieve business growth and increase market share.
- Pivot strategic directions and align change
- To conduct regular training sessions with training team on critical business skills
- To conduct Performance reviews.
