Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Security and Risk Mitigation Manager to start working ASAP. Medi logistics Hub requires the services of reputable Security and Risk Mitigation Manager. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Grade 12
- Must have PSIRA Grade A Strategic Management or Relevant University degree in Criminology or Security studies Business Development skills.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Report writing and analytical analysis.
- Comprehensive on-site SOP and Site Instruction manual compilation.
- Technical skills for installation guidance.
- Interview and Vetting authority.
- Investigations management.
- Advance computer skills for creative report writing.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To create and implement security standards, policies, and procedures.
- To plan, direct, and coordinate security activities to safeguard company assets, employees, guests, and others on company property.
- To train subordinate security professionals and other business members in security procedures and protocols.
- To supervise subordinate security professionals, including hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and disciplinary actions.
- To attend meetings, seminars, and conferences to stay informed about changes in legislative directives and new technologies impacting security operations.
- To deliver a comprehensive and professional security and risk mitigation service for Medipost Holdings.
- To lead a dynamic team of security officers through effective leadership, planning, execution, and creative skills.
