JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Security Site Manager to start working ASAP. Fidelity Services Group requires the services of reputable Security Site Manager. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have minimum Grade 12 / Standard 10 or equivalent.
- Must have previous Supervisor/Junior management experience.
- Must be PSIRA registered (Grade A)
- Must have at least 5 years’ experience in the security industry.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Being computer Literate (MS Office, advanced Excel, PowerPoint) will be an advantage
- Must have valid driver’s licence (Code 08/EB)
- Must have sound knowledge of disciplinary procedures
- Must have clean Disciplinary record.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To ensure client liaison.
- To ensure staff turnover.
- Administration experience.
- To ensure standard operating procedures.
- To ensure general management and supervision of security staff to ensure that required performance is met at all times.
