JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Silo Worker to start working ASAP. VKB Group requires the services of reputable Silo Worker. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Grade 12 or NQF4
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must be able to perform hard manual labour
- Constantly adding value to the function of the job
- Having previous experience in industrial, agricultural, or construction environments is an advantage
- Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor
- Must have willingness to work at heights and in confined spaces (with training)
- Must have ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Must have strong awareness of safety rules and procedures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- Responsible for general tidiness
- Cleaning duties
- ADHOC duties as assigned from time to time
- To assist customers/suppliers with loading and offloading of stock as required according to policies and procedures
- General housekeeping of premises
- Customer service
- Stock control.
